Submissions
I am always happy to receive
submissions for the museum. Photographs, stories, histories, and
video are all welcome here.
If you are taking photographs of something you have access to, please take at least two views (front and back of a habit, or a hat etc. Left and right of a saddle or like object) and closeups of any interesting details. I am always happy to have more views of an object! Be sure the photos are in focus, the object is well lit, and the background is as clutter free as possible. Include any information you may have on the maker, age, original owner, use, and/or yourself and your current use of the object.
If you have photos of something you have since sold, or passed on, I take those as well. Again, include anything you know.
No object is too insignificant, no story too short. Postcards, fashion plates, art and family photos are all part of the great history of sidesaddle.

impossible, due to the nature of this site for me to know or keep track
of who owns the rights to what. I go on good faith. If you
own something that is here and want it taken down, please let me
know. It is not my intention to infringe on anyone's rights, so there
is no need to send angry e-mails when a nice one will do.
If you submit pictures to me, you are saying you have permission to share them or own the rights and you are giving me permission to use them on this site. If you need or want an attribution, I need to know that as well.
